The warehouses and centers of distribution are in Europe, as well as the USA.
Note: Orders containing more than one product will be assigned a distinct processing time, depending on the specific item.
Before shipment, all ordered items will be thoroughly inspected. The majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. Delivery is expected to take between 3 and seven days.
Returns
The inventory is always changing and we cannot control it completely because multiple parties are involved, including our factory and warehouse. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any time. Please understand it may happen that your order will be out of stock when your order has been made.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you don't receive your product within 30 days, we are not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.
Your item should be in its original packaging and not be used. You must have the item in the original packaging.
